What's included in my CentriSoft Subscription?

Every subscription includes full access to the CentriSoft ecosystem: CentriCRM, CentriPay, CentriReviews, and CentriHost. Depending on your plan, you may also receive managed setup, ongoing consulting, and marketing services such as SEO, social media management, and ad campaigns.

How do I get help if I’m stuck?

We’re here to support you. You can reach our team anytime through the Support Form above or by emailing [email protected]. For full-service partnership clients, you’ll also have scheduled strategy sessions and a dedicated consultant to guide you step by step.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you begin with the DIY Ecosystem plan, you can move into a full-service Growth Partnership package when you’re ready — and if you’re in a managed plan, you can adjust services as your needs evolve.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

Absolutely. Nonprofits and churches receive a 20% discount on the CentriSoft Ecosystem plan. The discount cannot be stacked with CentriPay merchant pricing, but you can select whichever is more beneficial.

How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly to your preferred payment method via CentriPay. You’ll receive an emailed invoice/receipt for each payment. Annual billing options may be available upon request.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime. Your access to the CentriSoft ecosystem will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. If you’d like to return later, we’ll save your account data for 60 days unless otherwise requested.

Do you provide onboarding or training?

Yes. All clients receive access to our knowledge base with helpful guides and resources. DIY clients can also request an optional managed setup for a one-time fee. Full-service clients receive complete setup and ongoing training as part of their plan.
